Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer
This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased on London Art Alert, including Add Events credits, Art Points, subscriptions and related platform products.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if we did not deliver the purchased product.
Example: payment was completed, but purchased credits or features were not added to your account due to a confirmed platform-side delivery failure.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund is not available once Art Points are successfully added to your account, because digital value has already been delivered. This applies even if points were not used later.
3. Art Points Validity
Art Points do not expire. They remain on your account until used.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation stops future billing based on the provider's billing cycle. Already processed subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless non-delivery is confirmed.
5. Request Window
You should report delivery issues within 30 days from the purchase date so we can verify logs and resolve the issue quickly.
6. How to Request a Refund Review
Contact support@londonartalert.com and include your account email, purchase date, product name, order or invoice reference, and a short description of the issue.
7. Resolution Method
After verification, we may either complete missing delivery, provide corrected digital delivery, or issue a refund where legally required and applicable under this policy.
