By accessing or using London Art Alert, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. General Terms

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and keep your account credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Our Services

London Art Alert is a digital platform for publishing, displaying and discovering exhibitions and other event listings. Organisers can submit events and use promotion tools to increase visibility according to platform rules and ranking logic.

3. Digital Products

We sell digital products, including Add Events credits (to publish event offers/listings) and Art Points (to use promotion tools such as Bump and Highlight, as described in Pricing). Art Points may also be used in the future for additional point-based products and services, including premium options, perks and other platform features added over time.

Art Points do not expire unless and until they are used.

4. Event Submission and Moderation

All submitted content must be lawful, accurate and non-misleading. London Art Alert may approve, decline, request edits, unpublish or remove listings to protect platform quality, users and legal compliance.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by external providers. By purchasing, you authorise the selected provider to process your transaction. We keep transaction references for support, invoicing and dispute handling.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only available where a purchased product was not delivered.

No refund is available after Art Points are successfully added to your account, because digital value has been delivered. Full refund details are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Anti-Fraud and Platform Integrity

To protect fair usage, we process anti-fraud and security data, including login/session activity, submission history, payment metadata, moderation records and abuse-prevention signals.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, malicious activity, spam, unlawful content, or any attempt to manipulate visibility unfairly. We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, London Art Alert is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages, organiser-side cancellations or user-generated content accuracy.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication of the updated version means acceptance of those updates.
